AI can be a great tool if used correctly, and I am grateful for the balance it helps me achieve between my life and my writing. For the sake of both transparency and education, I've outlined how I use AI for my work below.

•  Brainstorming: When I have writer's block or simply need to talk through a story I'm writing, I use AI for feedback on my ideas and to help me brainstorm.
• Editing: I put my writing through AI and ask it to highlight areas of improvement. 
• Final Polish: I use AI to highlight any grammatical errors in my final manuscripts.

•  I do not ask AI to generate content for me.
• I do not use AI-generated art, as I believe in supporting human artists and their creativity.
• I do not rely on AI for my research.
